TrueLayer is expanding its Agentic Engineering Enablement team to accelerate AI agent capabilities across the engineering org. You will own significant components of the agentic platform, from context engineering to evaluation systems and CI/CD, and help establish norms and best practices. You will partner with the CTO, design scalable MCP servers, maintain internal tool libraries, and drive velocity through reusable golden paths and structured documentation.
