ph3Senior Training and Development Specialist EMEA and APAC /h3pIn this role, you will design and deliver practical, field-based training solutions that translate clinical data into actionable sales and clinical conversations.
You will create hands-on learning and simulations to strengthen product understanding and clinical credibility across Western Europe, EMEA, and APAC (excl. Japan China).
You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and external experts to align training with business needs, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact role that helps translate evidence into real-world customer value, shaping outcomes in GI and hepatopancreatic care.
