/p pbPurpose of the position: /bAs bLegal Advisor, /byou will be part of the General Counsel and Company Affairs Functionproviding support in the Execution Phase within bInfrastructure projects based in Mantova (Bozzoliana) and Verona (Catulliana) /b.
/p pbHow can you support us?
/b /p ul liManage and coordinate specialist legal assistance in project-related legal matters, with a particular focus on public procurement law (D. Lgs *******), corporate law, D. Lgs ******** compliance, anti-mafia regulations and relationships with authorities.
/li liProvide legal assistance services and advice, including the handling of litigations and other proceedings, in coordination with external counsels and/or the Contract Management team.
/li liProvide legal assistance and company secretarial support, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements and managing the Consortium's corporate affairs, including Board and Shareholders' Meeting activities.
/li liSupport the Contract Management team in handling the Collegio Consultivo Tecnico (CCT) related to the project.
/li liSupervise the signature and implementation of the Protocollo di Legalità,



managing critical aspects and interpretative issues in collaboration with the Contract Management team.
/li /ul pbWhat are we looking for?
/b /p pbEducation: /bMaster's degree in Law /p pbBackground: /bRelevant experience in legal support to infrastructure projects.
/p pbNice to have: /b Admission to the Italian Bar Association will be considered a plus.
