ppAs BU Risk Management Analyst at Hitachi, Ltd., you will assist BU Risk Manager in evaluating and mitigating financial, operational, and strategic risks across various business units.
This role involves conducting thorough risk assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company assets.
/ph3How You'll Make An Impact /h3ulliConduct comprehensive risk assessments and analysis of critical tenders to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
/liliMonitor key risk indicators and trends, preparing detailed reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.
/liliAssist in the development and delivery of AI-driven risk management tools.
/liliCollaborate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Legal, Finance) to ensure consistent application of risk management regulations and FCM guidelines; /liliAssist in the development and delivery of risk awareness training programs for employees.
/liliStay abreast of regulatory changes, emerging risks, and industry developments to proactively adjust risk management strategies.
/liliParticipate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to risk management activities.
/li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Contract Management, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRISC) is a plus.
/lili2+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or a related role, preferably within a large multinational corporation.




/liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify potential risks and their impact.
/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts to diverse audiences.
/liliProficiency in risk management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Copilot.
/liliDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
/liliProven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
/liliFluent in both English and Italian.
