Human Technopole in Milan seeks a postdoctoral researcher to establish in vitro reprogramming and differentiation systems for modelling leukaemia-immune interactions and CAR T-cell function.
You will combine CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, perturbation screening, single-cell multiomics, and high-end flow cytometry to identify determinants of therapeutic response.
The role involves collaboration with clinical and academic partners, contributing to manuscripts and grants, and leveraging HT facilities
