ph3Specialista Senior / Project Manager /h3pIn this role, you will build and lead the regional demand planning function for ELIP in EMEA, owning end-to-end planning across product lines and sites.
You will shape the planning framework, drive SOP and short-term execution, and partner with site planners to align regional demand with supply.
Your impact spans inventory optimization, on-time delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to support ABB's operations in a multi-site, regional context.
This is a ground-up opportunity to create a scalable planning capability that enhances customer service and supply reliability.
/pulliOwn and lead end-to-end demand planning for the ELIP EMEA portfolio across all sites and product lines /liliDefine planning framework, tools, and standards for region-wide consistency /liliLead SOP process for ELIP EMEA ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity,



and inventory /liliRun robust short-term planning and SOE processes across manufacturing units /liliCoordinate with site planners to ensure data quality and adherence to regional supply plan /liliDrive inventory optimization and monitor targets across sites and product lines /liliSupport profitable customer order execution and ensure on-time delivery and lead-time commitments /liliImprove forecast accuracy in partnership with Sales and Marketing; continuously enhance planning tools and processes /liliDefine and track planning KPIs and provide actionable performance updates to leadership /lili7+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or operations in an industrial environment /liliExperience managing planning across multiple sites or regional scope /liliStrong track record in SOP/SOE ownership and cross-functional alignment /liliExperience coordinating distributed planning teams across geographies /liliDeep knowledge of demand planning methodologies and inventory management /liliStrong analytical and data-driven mindset /liliExcellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills /liliFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus /liliProficiency in SAP planning processes and tools (PP, MRP, PP/DS); S/4HANA is a plus /liliComfortable working in a matrix, multi-site, cross-functional environment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
