Job description
Permanent Staffing, a specialized division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a Sales Assistant belonging to the Protected Categories L.68/99 for an important international company operating in the fashion sector, to be hired for 21 hours a week in the new store opening in the center of Palermo. The company stands out for its contemporary and versatile style, offering collections designed for a dynamic and trend-conscious clientele. Main responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers during the purchasing process;
- Support sales activities ensuring a high quality of service;
- Manage cash operations and related payments;
- Take care of restocking and arranging merchandise in the store;
- Contribute to maintaining display standards and the store's image.
Requirements:
- Registration in the Lists for Targeted Placement pursuant to Law 68/99;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer orientation and predisposition to teamwork;
- Interest in the retail and fashion sector;
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
We offer:
- Direct hiring by the company;
- Tempo parziale contract with classification at the 5th level CCNL Commercio (indicative RAL €13,000) or at the 4th level CCNL Commercio (indicative RAL €14,000), based on experience;
