The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant scientific field, 5-6 years of field service experience, and 3 years of management experience. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication in English and Italian, and the ability to travel frequently within Italy and Europe are essential. This role involves ensuring high-quality service support and continuous improvement, reporting to the Region Service Manager.
