pEight Sleep is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles.
You'll act as an internal headhunter, sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent while partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and run a sharp interview process.
/ppYou will keep the pipeline full, move quickly, and maintain a high bar as we scale teams powering growth.
The role requires international recruiting across Europe and the US, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English.
