In this Milan-based Program Coordinator role, you drive growth of the Italian market and help Cultural Care Au Pair become the largest and most trusted program globally.
You work within a cross-functional regional team to hit sales targets, recruit and coach prospective au pairs, and support the local au pair community.
You collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Zurich to deliver an excellent experience for every au pair.
