/ph3Irrigation Technician /h3h3Position Summary /h3pThe Irrigation Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing and participating in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems.
This position leads a crew in daily operations, ensures quality workmanship, maintains safety standards, and promotes efficiency and productivity on all job sites.
/ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise and lead irrigation crew members on daily job assignments /liliInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, drip systems, and pumps /liliRead and interpret irrigation plans and blueprints /liliEnsure proper system programming and water management practices /liliPerform seasonal services such as system start-ups, winterizations, and inspections /liliTrain and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures /liliMonitor job progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget /liliMaintain accurate job records, material usage, and daily reports /liliCommunicate effectively with management, clients, and team members /liliEnforce company safety policies and ensure proper use of PPE /liliOperate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment safely /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years of irrigation installation and repair experience /liliPrevious crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred /liliStrong knowledge of irrigation systems, components,



and troubleshooting techniques /liliAbility to read blueprints and irrigation layouts /liliValid driver's license with acceptable driving record /liliAbility to operate trenchers, pipe pullers, and other equipment /liliStrong communication and organizational skills /liliAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions /liliAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularly /li /ulh3Physical Requirements /h3ulliProlonged standing, bending, kneeling, and digging /liliAbility to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions /liliAbility to lift and carry irrigation materials and equipment /li /ulh3Work Schedule /h3pFull-time position /ppOvertime and weekend work may be required during peak season /ph3Pay Transparency /h3pMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
