Junior Application Support Engineer

- Managing requests and incidents escalated from second-level support through ticketing systems
- Analyzing and resolving application and infrastructure issues
- Monitoring and supporting document management platforms running on Linux and Windows environments
- Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Contributing to the evolution of internal tools supporting operational activities
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash and Python
- Managing and enhancing monitoring dashboards and activities using Elastic, Kibana, and Splunk
- Participating in projects aimed at platform evolution and the introduction of new technologies

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, System Administration, or similar roles
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Basic scripting knowledge in Bash and/or Python
- Experience in ticket management and operational support activities




- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Good command of the English language
