Chiesi Group is seeking a Training & Competence Specialist to develop and continuously improve the Site HSE Training & Competence Program in Italy.
You will ensure appropriate HSE training for roles and support the Site HSE Management System to meet GMP and corporate standards.
Reporting to the Head of HSE, you will build competency requirements, manage the Learning Management System, coordinate onboarding of employees and contractors, and drive KPI-based improvements across the site.
