STAMis looking for aSoftware Engineer/Developerto join its officeCagliariwithin STAM's Digital Solutions Business Area.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated person, interested in the digital world at 360 degrees, willing to bring her/his own skills within the team and to gain further knowledge and skills related to development (frontend and backend) and design of web-based solutions, with involvement in:
All the phases of Software Development Life Cycle for the development of web-based solutions for their clients;
Proposals preparation.
Within the company's RD&I; activities, the SW Engineer will take part in the preparation of technical proposals.
REQUIREMENTS
Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent;
Up to two (or more) years' experience in:
Involvement in IT projects in the energy, infrastructure, or industry domain;
Analysis and implementation of customer's requirements for IT projects;
System design architecture and integration for IT projects;
Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process
Good technical skillset:
- Required: ability to create responsive web interfaces;
Required: knowledge of Java or Python;
Required: knowledge of MySQL (or at least another database engine);
Required: experience in HTML5, CSS3;
Welcomed: experience in agile teams;
Welcomed: knowledge of Spring Framework;
Welcomed: knowledge of Angular;
Welcomed: experience in WordPress and WooCommerce;
Welcomed: knowledge and usage of development, project management, and team communication tools: GitLab, Jira,



Trello (or Asana), Slack;
Welcomed: some experience in developing web and advertising creativity (landing pages, mini-sites, responsive HTML5 banners);
Welcomed: knowledge of ML algorithms.
Knowledge of testing and validation activities;
Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail;
Good knowledge of the English language and in drafting project documentation.
