Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Lawyer for its Milan office.

The selected person, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the following areas:
- Corporate Law
- Commercial law
- Commercial contracts
- Extraordinary transactions and M&A;
- Corporate.

Requirements:
- Degree in Law, brilliantly obtained
- Up to 2 years PQE
- Excellent command of the English language
- Motivation for professional activity
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

It will be a preferential requirement to have already gained experience in a similar field in structured firms.
