Elettronica GF, active in the design and manufacturing of electronic boards and devices, is a leading provider of embedded electronic systems based on microprocessors, serving a wide range of application areas. In the second half of 2023, Elettronica GF became part of FAE Technology S.p.A. – Agevolazioni Corporation.
Within this dynamic and continuously evolving environment, and due to the expansion of our workforce, we are looking for an Admin Specialist.
The successful candidate will join the Administration and Finance Department and will be responsible for both administrative and accounting activities, as well as supporting the company’s controlling and reporting functions.
The role involves:
- Management of general accounting, including Italian and international customers and suppliers.
- Recording and verification of accounting entries.
- Posting and checking of Italian and foreign invoices.
- Management of accounting reconciliations.
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual closing processes.
- Preparation of financial reports and variance analysis.
- Cost monitoring and support for management control activities.
- Collaboration in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
- Support in administrative activities and management of company documentation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma in Accounting and/or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting and administrative compliance.
- Experience in controlling and management control activities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Accuracy, organizational autonomy, and analytical skills.
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge and use of SAP ERP system.
- Experience in structured corporate environments.
- Knowledge of the English language.
