What you will do:
Define and lead the SCADA/OT strategy, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap
Oversee SCADA integration, commissioning, and operational readiness across the project portfolio
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions
Manage budgets, contracts, forecasts, and financial performance within the SCADA/OT domain
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, grid requirements, and operational processes
Lead, mentor, and support the SCADA/OT team while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
What you bring & who you are:
~5 to 10 years experience in SCADA, automation, or operational technology within energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments
~ Strong knowledge of SCADA architectures, PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and control systems integration
~ Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with engineering, construction, operations, and IT teams
~ English language skills are required; ideally, you also speak Italian, Spanish, French or German
~ Confident communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
~ Ideally, experience in renewable energy projects, grid compliance, and cybersecurity alignment for OT systems
~ You value collaboration, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving.
