# Operations Managerby in**Operations Manager (Board Member / Managing Director)****Location:** 10km from Siena, Tuscany, Italy **Property:** Luxury boutique hotel### **Responsibilities:*** Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Technical department)* Act as a Board Member (Managing Director) with full legal responsibility* Ensure high service standards in the premium/luxury segment* Manage and develop the operational team, including recruitment and onboarding* Monitor costs, analyze performance,
