/ph3What will you be doing /h3ulliDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
/liliCollaborate with design teams to ensure accurate project specifications and requirements.
/liliEnsure that all construction activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
/liliConduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
/liliImplement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
/liliMonitor project budgets and expenses, adjusting as needed.
/liliIdentify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
/liliIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
/liliProactively address issues that may arise during construction to minimize project delays.
/li /ulh3Are you the ideal candidate?
/h3ulliBS in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) preferred; /liliMinimum 5+ years experience in the construction of Solar PV plants; /liliExperience in construction project management is a must.
/liliAbility to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments; /liliEssential that the Project Manager possess strong communication skills, including the ability to give persuasive presentations.
