The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in desktop support, strong troubleshooting skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Candidates should also be familiar with ticketing systems and possess excellent communication abilities. This position may require on-site support and flexible scheduling, including after-hours availability.
