/ph3Position /h3pWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our bAuto Sales Department /bas bAuto Custom Suit Dealer Development Representative /b.
You will play a key role in growing our Custom Auto Suit program, both to dealers and customer level race-teams, whilst also building and strengthening relationships with dealers across domestic and international markets.
/ppThis position requires a strong passion for motorsport, excellent relationship-building skills, and a willingness to travel extensively, including weekends, to support racing events, dealer activities, and business development initiatives.
/ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will grow our Custom Auto Suit program, managing timings and schedules for delivery and keeping all stakeholders updated.
/liliYou will build and maintain strong relationships with motorsport teams, partners, and industry stakeholders.
/liliYou will support and coordinate company activities during racing events and motorsport competitions.
/liliYou will develop and strengthen relationships with existing dealers while identifying new business opportunities.
/liliYou will provide sales support and product expertise to dealers and customers.
/liliYou will represent the company at trade shows, dealer meetings, and sporting events.
/liliYou will monitor market trends and competitor activities within the motorsport industry.
/liliMoreover, you will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
/liliYou will also prepare reports and provide feedback on dealer performance, customer needs, and market opportunities.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience working within the motorsport industry, with direct exposure to racing teams and sporting events.
/liliPrevious sales experience and demonstrated ability to manage dealer networks.
/liliStrong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/liliFluent English, both written and spoken.
/liliAdditional languages such as bFrench and/or German /b are highly desirable.
/liliAvailability for frequent travel within Italy and internationally.
/liliWillingness to travel and work during weekends when required by sporting events, races, exhibitions, or dealer activities.
/liliPassion for motorsport and a strong understanding of the racing environment.
