pTECEZE seeks an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support at a Modena site.
You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software, manage Windows OS deployments, and support AD/Azure AD, O365, and endpoint tools.
/ppYou will also handle imaging, device configuration, asset validation, and coordinate with infrastructure teams on site deployments and IT projects, ensuring SLA compliance.
