About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Specialist with a strong focus on Controlling and Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring key HR metrics, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Main Responsibilities

- You will prepare HR reports and analyses on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs and other relevant HR KPIs.




- You will monitor actual personnel costs versus budget and forecast, highlighting deviations and supporting corrective actions.
- You will support HR administration processes, including contracts, documentation, incentives, bonuses and other employee-related data.
- You will support HR budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning activities.
- You will maintain HR databases, employee records and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business administration, Finance, HR, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or Finance Controlling
- Understanding of HR processes and financial principles
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Package: Gross salary from 28K + Meal Voucher & Welfare
