Health & Safety Intern: Training & PPE Systems Support

ph3Job Description /h3 pThe /p pThe Health and Safety Service Assistant Intern will support the Health and Safety team in managing mandatory health and safety training activities, monitoring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records, and maintaining related databases. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including HR, Business Units, and the Prevention and Protection Service, as well as external training providers. /p pHow You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn /p ul liMonitor and regularly update databases related to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and mandatory health and safety training. /li liCoordinate the scheduling of mandatory basic training courses for new hires. /li liLiaise with external training providers to organize and monitor training activities. /li liCollaborate closely with the Prevention and Protection Service, HR, and Business Units to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. /li liReceive and review lists of new hires and assign employees to the appropriate training courses in coordination with the training provider. /li liMonitor employee resignations and organizational changes communicated by HR and update the relevant databases accordingly. /li liTrack changes in employees' risk profiles and ensure timely updates to training and PPE records. /li liPeriodically verify employees' attendance at mandatory training courses and prepare follow-up lists for participants who need to complete their training. /li liPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation related to PPE management, training activities, and health and safety compliance. /li liSupport the procurement process by placing orders for PPE, training courses,



and related services. /li liParticipate in weekly Health and Safety meetings and contribute to the coordination of ongoing activities. /li liLearn and use Risolvo, the new monitoring and document management system introduced to replace Excel-based tracking tools, ensuring accurate data management and process compliance. /li /ul h3Key Skills And Experience /h3 h3You Have: /h3 ul liBachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health or other related disciplines /li liStrong organizational and time management skills. /li liAttention to detail and accuracy in data management. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /li liGood English spoken and written. /li /ul h3It would be nice if you also had: /h3 ul liGood Italian spoken and written. /li liWillingness to learn new digital tools and systems. /li liA proactive and collaborative attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pAdvancing connectivity to secure a brighter world. /p pNokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era.
