Through this collaboration, the Group contributes to the revival and expansion of the iconic Orient Express brand within Italy’s luxury hospitality landscape. /p h3What We Are Looking For /h3 pReporting directly to the Engineering Design Authority Director, as a Homologation Manager you will be responsible for leading the certification and authorization processes for luxury railway vehicles operating in Italy and internationally. /p pThis role ensures full compliance with EU directives and national regulations while managing the internal dissemination and continuous updating of relevant laws and standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our exclusive trains meet the highest safety and regulatory requirements, enabling seamless operations across different jurisdictions. /p h3Key Activities /h3 ul liDefine and manage the certification roadmap for railway vehicles, ensuring compliance with national and international safety regulations. /li liIdentify applicable standards and documentation requirements to obtain authorization from the National Safety Agency and other regulatory bodies. /li liOversee the preparation and submission of Homologation Dossiers,



ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements. /li liCoordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate the production and timely delivery of compliance documentation. /li liAct as the primary liaison with third‑party entities, including NoBo, ISA, consultants, and ANSFISA, to ensure smooth certification processes. /li liContinuously monitor regulatory developments, ensuring internal stakeholders are informed of relevant updates. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Transportation Engineering). /li liProven experience in homologation, certification, and authorization processes within the railway industry. /li liStrong ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications, norms, and standards. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with technical teams, external authorities, and luxury travel stakeholders. /li liExpertise in technical documentation management and dossier preparation. /li liStrong decision‑making and planning skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in a structured and timely manner. /li liAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements and luxury service expectations. /li liA proactive and goal‑oriented approach, with a commitment to excellence in safety, compliance, and customer experience. /li liFluent English (written C spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAnnual gross bsalary ranging /b from €45.000 to €50.000; /li liA culture that values bdiversity, equity, and inclusion /b. /li /ul pOur company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
