In this role, you will support the team and contribute to achieving successful results in global research & development projects working in our Transformer Business Unit in Monselice (PD). How you'll make an impactLead and manage R&D; projects, ensuring on-time delivery within the allocated budget, and with the required quality. Assist R&D; project managers across different locations, as well as global product managers, with project business case preparation, cost evaluation for new R&D; products, market introduction plans, and related activities.



Perform transformer electrical design and/or design review and supervise the manufacturing and testing of new solutions and prototypes according to technical project specifications based on the needs of technology management, product managers, factories and related domain experts. Assess and mitigate risks related to the introduction of new technologies and new scientific solutions. Perform finite element simulations for transformers for projects or for troubleshooting assistance to factories. Share knowledge and results through technical reports, specifications, and participation in training or educational initiatives. Document R&D; results in the form of technical reports and presentations. Support and contribute to failure analysis activities and to failure‑prevention programs.
