Merchandising Associate

Position purpose:

The role supports the effective execution of JTI’s integrated merchandising strategy by ensuring consistent, high quality implementation of visibility initiatives, permanent assets, POS materials and digital signage programs across the Italian market. Operating as a specialist within the Activation & Merchandising function, the position coordinates external partners and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders - Brand, Sales,



Activation and Digital - to enable seamless delivery of all merchandising and visibility activities in line with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
The role is responsible for defining clear implementation guidelines, developing POS communication tools, managing operational workflows, and maintaining accurate data and processes within the merchandising platform. It ensures efficient resource allocation, cost tracking, and analytical support to drive continuous improvement across initiatives. By monitoring market dynamics, competitor activities, and channel best practices, the position contributes valuable insights to strengthen brand visibility, enhance in store execution, and support decision making within the merchandising and activation ecosystem.
