And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others. /p h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 ul lib5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and/or cloud security with strong hands-on engineering exposure. /b /li libPractical experience with AWS/Azure/GCP security services and cloud-native patterns. /b /li libUnderstanding of cloud logging/telemetry, encryption and key management, network security, identity and access controls.



/b /li libExperience prototyping or delivering AI-enabled solutions (analytics, automation, copilots, detection acceleration). /b /li libFamiliarity with RAG, embeddings, secure prompt/data handling, and AI telemetry. /b /li libExposure to MLOps/LLMOps practices (deployment, evaluation, drift/quality monitoring, change control) is a plus. /b /li libFamiliarity with SIEM/SOAR engineering, playbook design, API integrations, and workflow automation. /b /li libScripting/engineering skills (e.g., Python) and comfort working with APIs and data pipelines. /b /li libIaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep), CI/CD integration, container/Kubernetes security exposure. /b /li libAbility to produce implementable designs (diagrams, patterns, reference implementations) and support delivery teams through build and operationalization. /b /li /ul pbCertifications (held or targeted) /b /p ul libCloud certifications (architect/security). /b /li libSecurity certifications (CCSP/CCSK, CISSP, or equivalent) are a plus. /b /li /ul pbBeing You /b /p pThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
