Job Description
Programming from scratch, maintenance and update of existingPLC softwareandHMI application, mainly based onSiemens platforms(TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7)
Continuous development and improvement of Kanadevia Inova software and hardware solutions in cooperation with the R&D; and Service department
Review oftechnical specificationsandRequest for Quotationdocumentation to ensure accuracy, conformance with norms and codes and client specifications
Configuration ofNetworking devices(Managed switches, routers, DMZ routers, firewalls)

Factory Acceptance Testingandcommissioningof KVI PLC systems both on site and remote
Qualifications
8+ years'experiencewithSiemens PLC systems(TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC)
Master or Bachelor of Science degree inElectrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
Ability to read and understandelectrical drawings and P&ID;
Proactive and solution-oriented approach, ability to make decisions
Fluency inEnglishandItalian, German and French areadvantageous
