ppWe are looking for a bPlanning Engineer /b to join complex bEPC and Oil Gas projects /b.
/ppReporting to the bProject Service Manager /b, the resource will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure the timely execution of all project phases — from bengineering to procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover /b.
/ppThe role will support the Project Manager and Project Service Manager by providing bschedule forecasts, progress analysis, and delay mitigation strategies /b, enabling proactive and efficient project execution.

Schedule Development Baseline Preparation /h3ulliDevelop and maintain the bProject Master Schedule /b in line with the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
/liliDefine the bWork Breakdown Structure (WBS) /b and activity coding in coordination with all project disciplines.
/liliIdentify bcritical path activities and key milestones /b.
/liliEnsure alignment between schedule, bcost control, procurement, and engineering deliverables /b.

Progress Monitoring Control /h3ulliMonitor bactual progress vs. baseline schedule /b.
/liliUpdate schedules regularly (weekly/monthly) with real progress data.
/liliIdentify deviations and propose brecovery and mitigation plans /b.
/liliMaintain bS-curves and manpower histograms /b.

Coordination with Project Teams /h3ulliInterface with bengineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and offshore teams /b to collect progress data.




/liliIntegrate bsubcontractor schedules /b into the overall project plan.
/liliEnsure alignment between bonshore and offshore execution schedules /b, especially for critical interfaces.

Reporting Analysis /h3ulliPrepare bweekly and monthly progress reports /b for management and clients.
/liliPerform and present bCritical Path Method (CPM) analysis /b.
/liliHighlight risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions.

Delay Change Management /h3ulliPerform bschedule impact analysis /b for changes and variations.
/liliSupport claims with bTime Impact Analysis (TIA) /b.
/liliMaintain documentation for bExtension of Time (EOT) /b submissions.
/li /ulh3Project Scope Interfaces /h3ullibKey activities: /b Yard fabrication, module assembly, civil works, vendor delivery tracking, marine vessel mobilization, subsea installation, hook-up, commissioning campaigns.
/lilibChallenges: /b Material delivery coordination, yard productivity, and management of multiple work fronts.
/lilibInterfaces: /b Vendors, fabrication yards, construction sites, offshore teams, marine logistics and installation crews.
/liliStrong banalytical and problem-solving skills /b.

/liliAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's Degree (BSc) in bEngineering /b from an accredited university.
/liliMinimum b8 years of experience /b as Planning Engineer in bOil Gas, EPC, or industrial projects /b.
/liliStrong experience with bplanning tools (Primavera P6 or equivalent) /b.
/liliSolid understanding of bproject lifecycle and scheduling methodologies /b.
/liliProven experience in bCPM scheduling, reporting, and delay analysis /b.
/liliFluent in bEnglish (written and spoken) /b with strong reporting skills.
/li /ulpThe salary for this role ranges from b€****** to €****** /b /ppThe position is governed by the bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector /b applied by our company.
/ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
/ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
