ph3QA/QC Manager (EPC Oil Gas) /h3 pbRange retributivo: /b RAL indicativa compresa tra b€ 33.000 e € 35.000 lordi annui /b, definita sulla base dell'esperienza qualificato, delle competenze tecniche, delle responsabilità associate al ruolo e dell'inquadramento contrattuale applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere. /p pLa retribuzione sarà definita all'interno del range indicato sulla base dei requisiti e delle responsabilità della posizione. /p pIn aggiunta alla retribuzione di inquadramento, potranno essere previsti btrattamenti accessori connessi alla trasferta e/o alla mobilità /b, secondo le condizioni contrattuali, fiscali e organizzative applicabili al progetto. /p pPer la posizione è previsto un btrattamento economico complessivo concordato in funzione delle modalità di impiego e delle condizioni di trasferta /b, nel rispetto della normativa vigente e delle policy aziendali. /p h3Roles and Responsibilities /h3 ul liQA/QC Manager (mechanial stati rotating, electrical, weldin) is the representative of the project and the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. /li liThe preparation of the company’s QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions. /li liControl and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation. /li liMonitor all quality related activities on the project. /li liPerform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management. /li liVerify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.



/li liAttend client quality management meetings. /li liThe preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement. /li liReview quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements. /li liMonitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. /li liMonitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. /li liRecommend and implement improvements when required. /li liMonitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan. /li liCoordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager QC Supervisor. /li liCoordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives. /li liMonitor statistical method reporting. Action and close all customer complaints. /li liControl all achieved documentation upon the completion of the project. /li liResponsible for Preparing and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s. /li liCoordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site. /li liCoordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters. /li liCoordinate all receipt inspections.



/li liDistribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors. /li liVerify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. /li liParticipate in the site internal and external site audits. /li liCoordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors. /li liEnsure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer. /li liControl all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action. /li liComplete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses. /li liReview the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector. /li liMonitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. /li liLiaise with the site construction manager on all quality issues. Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering degree or diploma in mechanical or equivalent /li liMinimum 5-10 years of experience with previous records and approvals /li liTraining: CWIP 3.1 certified welding inspector /li liIRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 /li liFamiliar with ISO requirements /li liFamiliar with codes ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.4, ASME Section II, ASME Section V, ASME Section IX, ASME Section VIII, AP1104, AWS D1.1, etc. /li liExperience in piping and pipeline quality inspections + familiar with GRE pipeline. /li /ul p#LI-FB1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
