Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than b84 000 /b people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /p h3Job Title /h3 pTrain Operation Support Engineer /p h3Purpose of the Job /h3 ul liProvide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service /li liCoordinate with Alstom control room to monitor train systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies /li liCoordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage train availability and service recovery /li liProvide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and procedures /li liTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventions /li liPrepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities,



including findings and recommendations /li liAnalyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causes /li liCollaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance work /li liParticipate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous imp rovement initiatives /li liConduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock /li liReview fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring operation problems. As appropriate he will utilize continuous improvement tools to identify root cause and work to implement a solution helping the Reliability Growth team. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipates in critical task-force dedicated to troubleshooting when needed /li liDefines standard rules to analyse train diagnostic data /li liDefines standard sheet for troubleshooting during operational outage /li liDesign diagnostic algorithms in collaboration with engineering team /li liSupports data analysts /li /ul h3Organisational Reporting /h3 ul liHierarchical Reporting: Fleet support center manager /li /ul h3Network Links: Internal /h3 ul liFleet managers /li liDepot managers /li liProject engineering managers/Train system engineers /li liControl room system engineers and data analyst /li liMaintenance Team leaders /li /ul h3Educational Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or Degree in Engineering (preferably, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)
