ph3Customer Service – Internship /h3h3About the role /h3pHaleon, a leading company in the chemical/ pharmaceutical OTC sector, for the Milan headquarters is looking for a recent graduate to be included in internships, within the Customer Supply Chain Team. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3pThe candidate will have the opportunity to operate in an international business context, within the Supply Chain Department. /pulliManaging and monitoring customer orders through management systems (SAP, EDI, CRM) in order to ensure perfect business execution; /liliSupport new projects related to CSC's digitalization; /liliSupport process innovation; /liliExtract the necessary reports from SAP and CRM for analysis to support the business; /liliManage the orders prioritization according to requirements (insufficient stock situation, urgencies, etc.), providing proactive feedback to internal stakeholders; /liliManage customer complaints, returns and credit notes; /liliManage order-related activities according to the cut-off schedule; /liliFollow up logistics partners and customers for punctuality and complete delivery of orders (OTIF) /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Management Engineering or economic disciplines (Economics, Management, Statistics) /liliExcellent knowledge of the Office package, in the specific in Excel and PPT,
