Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you will bring together strong personalities and diverse perspectives to build a pragmatic and scalable management system that goes beyond compliance, enabling collaboration, operational excellence and sustainable growth. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDrive the development and continuous improvement of Alpitronic’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health Safety and Information Security /li liPartner with Directors, Process Owners and subject matter experts across all business functions to align perspectives, clarify interfaces and develop processes that support the success of the organization as a whole /li liShape and further develop Alpitronic’s process governance framework to support sustainable growth, accountability and operational excellence /li liDrive the alignment of processes, procedures and policies with business needs, regulatory requirements and applicable ISO standards /li liFacilitate workshops and training activities to strengthen process ownership and management system maturity /li liDrive digitalization of the IMS through effective systems, tools and dashboards, enabling efficient management of complexity, greater transparency and data-driven decision‑making /li liAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating alignment, challenging constructively and driving implementation without direct authority /li liSupport internal, certification and customer audits and drive the effective closure of corrective actions /li liMonitor IMS performance through KPIs,
reporting and improvement initiatives /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field /li liSeveral years of professional experience in Integrated Management Systems, Process Management, Operational Excellence or a comparable governance‑related role within a multi‑site industrial environment /li liStrong practical experience with ISO 9001 and solid knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 /li liAuditor qualification and experience conducting audits and driving corrective actions /li liProven track record in developing and improving business processes, governance structures and cross‑functional ways of working /li liStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and challenge constructively /li liAnalytical mindset, with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving /li liAbility to balance compliance requirements with business‑oriented solutions in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment /li liExcellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh‑tech projects in the future‑proof sector of e‑mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liTotal compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement /li liAdditional company benefits /li /ul pThe compensation indicated represents the minimum total compensation for this role.
