Joining us means joining a truly global community of more thanstrong 84 000 /strongpeople dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.br/br/bJob Title: Fleet Support Center Engineerbr/br/ /b /ph3Purpose of the Job: /h3ulliProvide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service of locomotives /liliMonitor locomotives systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies /liliCoordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage locomoties availability and service recovery /liliProvide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and procedures /liliTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventions /liliPrepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities, including findings and recommendations /liliAnalyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causes /liliCollaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance work /liliParticipate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous imp rovement initiatives /liliConduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock (locomotives) /liliReview fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring operation problems. As appropriate he will utilize continuous improvement tools to identify root cause and work to implement a solution helping the Reliability Growth team. /li /ulh3Responsabilities :
