ppIn this Senior Project Manager role, you lead the PMO’s initiatives to boost operational efficiency and governance across healthcare projects. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget. The position offers ownership of medium-to-large initiatives within a collaborative, global environment. You will shape governance, implement new tools, and drive data-driven improvements that align with Alira Health’s mission and values. /pulliPMO operations development: shape and implement operational plans aligned with strategic goals /liliOwn and refine PMO metrics to measure initiative effectiveness and guide leadership decisions /liliDesign frameworks for internal governance and accountability across projects /liliLead medium- to large-scale projects and coordinate across stakeholders /liliCreate project charters, timelines, and reports ensuring timely, on-budget delivery /liliUse KPIs to assess initiative success and drive improvements /liliDrive process optimization using lean and agile methodologies /liliIdentify and roll out new tools/technologies to enhance efficiency /liliLead cross-functional stakeholder communication and escalation as needed /liliCreate client governance frameworks to improve stakeholder satisfaction /liliPresent performance and updates to leadership with recommendations /liliMentor team members and contribute to PMO professional development /liliOversee IT project portfolio alignment with organizational goals and governance standards /liliDefine and track IT KPIs; manage requirements with Business Process Owners /liliEnsure IT projects comply with security and regulatory requirements /liliCoordinate PMO, Operations, and IT to integrate tools and technologies /liliBachelor’s degree in a related field /lili4-5 years of project management/operations experience /liliHealthcare experience is a plus /liliHands-on experience implementing at least one business software solution (ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS) /liliExperience with ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Unit4, OpenAir, SAP, Workday, Salesforce) /liliStrong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset /liliEnglish proficiency (advanced); additional languages a plus /liliExperience with lean, PMP, or agile methodologies /liliAbility to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders /liliInternational team experience preferred /liliLocation: Barcelona, Spain with in-office requirements /liliIT governance and portfolio management familiarity /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
