Help shape the decisions that move healthcare forward.
Every day, healthcare and medical device leaders make multi-million-dollar decisions based on the insights we provide. As our next Key Account Manager, you'll work directly with senior executives, including VPs and Directors of Marketing, Strategy, and Product, helping them uncover opportunities, and make informed decisions that shape the future of healthcare.
This is not a transactional sales role. You'll own the full client journey—from identifying opportunities and leading strategic conversations to building long-term partnerships based on trust and delivering measurable value.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with leading healthcare organizations, including companies such as Medtronic, Stryker, Philips, and Johnson & Johnson, helping them make strategic decisions that impact their products, markets, and growth.

What you bring:
You have 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client success within a B2B environment. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, SaaS, or market research is an asset, but we value your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and build trusted client relationships.

What you'll get:
€35,000-€45,000 base plus + (uncapped Commission + Profit sharing + Team bonuses) with OTE of ¢90,000+
