Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the Maintenance and CAPEX Organization by improving asset reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and providing engineering expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations at the Arco Felice - Pozzuoli site.
The role covers Reliability, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement, with a Master’s degree and 1–3 years’ maintenance experience required.
