Generali in Trieste, within Program NEXT, seeks an IT Service Manager to ensure stability, performance and continuous improvement of NEXT services, interfacing between Business, IT teams and vendors.

You will govern service processes, coordinate operational teams and vendors, monitor KPIs and SLAs, manage budgets, and drive ServiceNow enhancements while supporting audits and compliance.
