In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead the PMO’s initiatives to boost operational efficiency and governance across healthcare projects. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget. The position offers ownership of medium-to-large initiatives within a collaborative, global environment. You will shape governance, implement new tools, and drive data-driven improvements that align with Alira Health’s mission and values.PMO operations development: shape and implement operational plans aligned with strategic goalsOwn and refine PMO metrics to measure initiative effectiveness and guide leadership decisionsDesign frameworks for internal governance and accountability across projectsLead medium- to large-scale projects and coordinate across stakeholdersCreate project charters, timelines, and reports ensuring timely,
on-budget deliveryUse KPIs to assess initiative success and drive improvementsDrive process optimization using lean and agile methodologiesIdentify and roll out new tools/technologies to enhance efficiencyLead cross-functional stakeholder communication and escalation as neededCreate client governance frameworks to improve stakeholder satisfactionPresent performance and updates to leadership with recommendationsMentor team members and contribute to PMO professional developmentOversee IT project portfolio alignment with organizational goals and governance standardsDefine and track IT KPIs; manage requirements with Business Process OwnersEnsure IT projects comply with security and regulatory requirementsCoordinate PMO, Operations, and IT to integrate tools and technologiesBachelor’s degree in a related field4-5 years of project management/operations experienceHealthcare experience is a plusHands-on experience implementing at least one business software solution (ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS)Experience with ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Unit4, OpenAir, SAP, Workday, Salesforce)Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindsetEnglish proficiency (advanced); additional languages a plusExperience with lean, PMP, or agile methodologiesAbility to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholdersInternational team experience preferredLocation: Barcelona, Spain with in-office requirementsIT governance and portfolio management familiarity
