Job Overview
The ICT CRM & CDP Integration Lead is responsible for defining and governing the technical integration landscape across CRM, Customer Data Platform, Marketing Technologies, and other customer-related applications.
The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust customer data foundation, ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient data flows across the ecosystem. By establishing integration standards, architectural principles, and reusable patterns, the Integration Lead helps preserve the long-term maintainability, consistency, and sustainability of the technology landscape while enabling Customer 360, analytics, personalization, and AI-driven capabilities.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the ICT CRM & Customer Data Integration Lead include but are not limited to the following:
- Define and govern integration architecture across CRM, CDP, DMS and marketing platforms.
- Define integration roadmaps aligned with target
