What you’ll do
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end with the founders: discovery, prioritization, specs, launch, iteration.
- Spend real time with insurers, claims adjusters,
and repair shops to understand their workflow better than they do.
- Translate AI capabilities into product: decide what our 3D reconstruction and damage‑analysis models should become in the hands of users.
- Define and track metrics that matter: activation, claim‑cycle time, fraud detection accuracy, NPS.
- Write specs engineers love, and cut scope ruthlessly so we ship every week.
- Shape pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market together with the founders.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS; insurtech, fintech, or AI products are a strong plus.
- Technical fluency: you can discuss APIs, model limitations, and trade‑offs with engineers without a translator.
- Proven customer discovery skills: you've built products by talking to users, not by copying competitors.
- Analytical and data‑driven, but comfortable deciding with incomplete information.
- Extreme ownership: at this stage, PM means “whatever it takes to ship
