ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentification, development and origination of new investment and business opportunities in the real estate market; /li liManagement and coordination of economic-financial analyses and business planning activities related to real estate assets and operations; /li liSupervision of property valuation processes and definition of asset enhancement strategies; /li liManagement of relationships with institutional investors, developers and key stakeholders, to support the presentation of investment opportunities; /li liMonitoring of market trends, competitive analysis and preparation of strategic reports to support business development; /li liCollaboration with internal teams, including Marketing and Business Support,



for the definition and implementation of commercial and market positioning initiatives; /li liActive contribution to the development of territorial presence and consolidation of the Dils brand in the reference market. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualification for the profession of real estate broker /li liProven experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years) /li liDegree in Economics or related disciplines /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint /li liStrong operational flexibility and team-working attitude, with a proactive and results-oriented approach /li liExcellent active listening skills and interpersonal relationship management /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured thinking orientation /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken /li /ul h3Location /h3 pNaples, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
