As Procurement Specialist in our Milan Office, you oversee procurement activities and ensure smooth operations across marketing, office services, and other needs using Oracle. You collaborate with operations and accounting to secure timely deliveries and accurate payments, while implementing processes with the Global Process Owner. You will optimize supplier onboarding, PO workflows, and compliance in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape procurement practices within a mission-driven language education group.

- Coordinate sourcing activities and vendor information for marketing and office services
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs), receiving docs, and data in Oracle based on budgets
- Ensure end-to-end sourcing through payment in collaboration with internal teams
- Implement best practices and supplier onboarding, PO optimization aligned with Global Process Owner
- Support office management and other service-related procurement needs
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Proven experience in procurement or accounting roles
- Experience in Oracle Procurement is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Full fluency in Italian and English
- Familiarity with documenting processes and working with international teams
