Coesia S.p.A. in Bologna seeks an AI/ML Engineer to drive PoCs and production roadmaps in industrial AI applications.

You will prototype, validate, and scale AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, marketing and IT to deliver impact-oriented solutions. The role requires MSc in STEM, 3–5 years in AI/ML or related fields, hands-on PoC/MVP development, and strong programming skills; English level B2/C1 is expected.
