ppYOUR MISSION: The Sales Associate is a fully engaged individual who is committed to contributing to the success of the Vhernier boutique in Florence, with the ambition to grow with the Maison. /p pIf you are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of High Jewellery, and craftmanship and you are curious to learn more, this role has a lot to offer. /p pYour mission will be to promote the Vhernier brand image as per the company’s directives. /p h3Sales Performance Customer Service /h3 ul liContribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets; /li liAssist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high standards; /li liSupport in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering outstanding client service and treatment; providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge; /li liAdapt the approach according to the client's needs and motivations; /li liAssist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values; provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience. /li /ul h3Stock Management And Merchandising /h3 ul liProvide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; /li liActively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique implementing required guidelines; /li liAssist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays; /li liAssist in the inventory process,
including but not limited to stock counting and special projects as needed; /li liAssist in completing price changes within the Boutique when required. /li /ul h3Boutique Operations And Cash Management /h3 ul liSupport in sales transactions and to maintain proper cash records at the boutique’s register; /li liAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices; /li liImplement discounts and gratuities under the supervision of the Boutique Manager; /li liComply with all safety regulations and boutique operational procedures including security. /li /ul h3Product Knowledge Sales Techniques /h3 ul liMaintain an awareness of all product knowledge information; /li liMaster the brand's sales techniques as per training received; /li liAttendance to required training. /li /ul h3HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? /h3 ul li1 yr of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment. /li /ul h3Personal Skills/Abilities /h3 ul liFluency in English is mandatory; /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /li liConfidence in handling high-value transactions; /li liStrong understanding of customer service needs and customer (internal and external) priorities; /li liStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision; /li liSelf-starter with a team-player approach. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCCNL Commercio /li liSalary Range 33K – 37K€ /li liCommission scheme /li li8 euro per Meal Voucher per working day /li liWelfare /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
