To strengthen our Kids Club team, we are looking for an experienced, warm, and responsible Baby & Toddler Caregiver (m/f/d) who cares for our youngest guests with empathy, dedication, and genuine passion.

Your Tasks

- Providing loving, age-appropriate care and supervision for babies and toddlers aged 0-3 years
- Welcoming families warmly and managing registrations
- Getting to know each child and building a trusting relationship with both children and parents
- Supporting each child according to their individual needs, routines and habits
- Planning and leading a variety of engaging activities such as arts and crafts, games, nature experiences and visits to our adventure farm
- Creating a safe, caring and nurturing environment where children feel secure and comfortable
- Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness and a well-organised childcare area

Your Profile

- A qualification in early childhood education or experience caring for babies and toddlers
- A genuine passion for supporting children during their first years of life
- Empathy, patience and a strong sense of responsibility
- A keen awareness of children's safety and wellbeing
- Creativity and enthusiasm for arts and crafts, play and exploration
- A love for nature,



animals and spending time outdoors
- Team spirit, reliability and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English, German and Italian
