As a Corporate Trainer, you will represent MLC in these unique opportunities by training thousands of individuals annually in the art of the lean methodology. /p pYour expertise will play a crucial role in our mission to transform millions of individuals into impactful presenters. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaster the MLC methodology and consistently deliver high-quality training sessions, both online and in person, across corporate environments and public events. /li liAdapt and customize training content and exercises based on audience type, industry context, and client objectives, ensuring tailored learning experiences. /li liFacilitate dynamic and engaging training sessions by using storytelling, practical demonstrations, real business use cases, and interactive tools.



/li liManage group energy and attention by observing verbal and non-verbal cues, adjusting pacing, incorporating breaks, and keeping participants focused and motivated. /li liPromote active participation through discussions, role play, live demos, and constructive group feedback to reinforce learning and retention. /li liEnsure training excellence through post-workshop debriefs, collecting feedback, and preparing summaries or follow-up materials for internal stakeholders. /li liCollaborate with the Training Design team to improve, evolve, and enhance existing materials, proposing new exercises, formats, and methodologies. /li liHost periodic public webinars to showcase MLC’s methodology, support marketing initiatives, and attract potential clients. /li liStay up to date with internal updates, new tools, AI integrations, and training enhancements to ensure delivery is always aligned with the latest MLC standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liPossess 1 to 2 years years of work experience in client service, teaching/learning environments, or a related field. /li liProficiency in facilitating virtual environments is a must. /li liDemonstrate credibility as an authority and expert in communication skills. /li liWillingness to travel domestically and/or internationally on occasion. /li liBasic knowledge of AI Tools and genuine interest to stay updated. /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 ul liEnglish and Italian proficiency. /li liCapability to compose routine reports and correspondence. /li liEffective oral communication skills when addressing groups of customers or organization employees. /li liReasoning Ability. /li liProblem-solving skills to tackle practical issues and handle diverse scenarios with limited standardization. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
