This role is critical to our European expansion, focusing on building transformative relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers to advance oncology clinical trials. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPartnership Development Strategy /lili - Develop and manage strategic partnerships with oncology centers, university hospitals, comprehensive cancer centers, and clinical research networks across Italy /lili - Build relationships with oncology key opinion leaders, treating oncologists,



and research institutions to support clinical trial access /lili - Engage oncology registries, real-world data providers, and patient advocacy organizations as channels for patient identification /lili - Create partnership models that accelerate clinical trial enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance /lili - Structure and negotiate agreements with institutional partners across the Italian oncology ecosystem /li /ululliMarket Expansion Business Development /lili - Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in precision oncology and clinical trial technology /lili - Build relationships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, and healthcare administrators /lili - Represent Massive Bio at major industry conferences, medical symposiums, and partnership events /li /ulh3Stakeholder Relationship Management /h3ulliCultivate relationships with regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare authorities /liliPartner with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Data Science, Product) to deliver on partnership commitments /liliProvide strategic market intelligence and partnership insights to global leadership team /liliEnsure all partnership activities align with local regulations and compliance requirements /li /ulh3Performance Growth /h3ulliEstablish KPIs for partnership success and drive measurable business impact /liliDevelop and manage partnership pipeline with clear progression milestones /liliSupport local team development and performance optimization /liliDeliver quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to headquarters /li /ulh3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3h3Essential Experience /h3ulli4-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within healthcare, life sciences, or health technology /liliProven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies or healthcare institutions /liliExperience with clinical trials ecosystem - understanding of patient recruitment, regulatory requirements, or research operations /liliDemonstrated success in developing new markets or expanding business operations in regulated industries /liliFluency in Italian and at least B1-level English (working proficiency), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment /li /ulh3Preferred Background /h3ulliExperience at digital health companies, clinical research organizations (CROs), or pharmaceutical partnerships teams /liliBackground in oncology, precision medicine, or clinical trial technologies /liliPrevious roles in market expansion, country development, or regional partnership management /liliUnderstanding of European healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks /li /ulh3Skills Attributes /h3ulliStrategic thinking with ability to translate business opportunities into actionable partnership strategies /liliRelationship building expertise with C-level executives and senior healthcare professionals /liliNegotiation skills for complex, multi-stakeholder agreements /liliAnalytical mindset with data-driven approach to partnership performance /liliCultural adaptability and ability to work effectively across diverse healthcare systems /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field /liliAdvanced degree or MBA preferred for senior partnership roles /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
