ppWe are seeking a motivated Junior Team Lead to support and oversee projects related to autonomous vehicles (AV) and advanced driver‑assistants systems (ADAS). The role involves coordinating test teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and leveraging knowledge of the local environment and regulations to drive effective field operations and high‑quality data collection. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to develop leadership skills while contributing to cutting‑edge automotive innovation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting. /li liSupervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines. /li liUse knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations. /li liMonitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and elevate challenges to senior management when needed. /li liCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project objectives.



/li liContribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff, providing feedback to improve performance and safety compliance. /li liPrepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership. /li liStrong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liAbility to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines. /li liProficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with test management or data collection tools is a plus. /li liPrior experience as a team coordinator, project assistant, or junior lead in automotive, mobility, or technology projects. /li liFamiliarity with AV/ADAS systems, sensor technologies (LiDAR, radar, cameras), or test data platforms. /li liSafety certification or training related to vehicle testing is a strong asset. /li liFluency in multiple local languages is an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
